WE Praise THE LORD FOR:

1. The spiritual retreat that we organized for the French national missionaries. It was a blessing. There were about 30 people who attended. The different meetings were challenging and encouraging, the fellowship was superb, the conference center was beautiful, and the meals were fantastic. What more can we say except thank you for your prayers.
2. The way He answered prayer concerning all the details of the retreat. One answer in particular - Carol was originally going to work in the kitchen but the Lord placed the need for someone to teach the children upon her heart. So she volunteered to do it even though she hasn’t taught children for 11 years. Everything went well and the children were very receptive to God’s word.
3. A time to recuperate these past few days. We are both doing well physically and happy in the different ministries we are responsible for.

Please Pray with us FOR:

1. Our French national missionaries who are working in France, Belgium, Cameroun and Bulgaria. They struggle with discouragement and financial needs as we Americans do although they don’t have all the resources that we do. That is one reason for the retreat; to be an encouragement to them.
2. The time we are spending in preparing for the Men’s and Ladies’ Bible Studies that we will be teaching this Fall.
3. The work that is in progress of transferring the Distance Learning Program courses from video cassette to DVD.
