WE Praise THE LORD FOR:
1. The over 60 Ladies that attended the day long retreat at the church on the 6th of October.
2. Each year on the 1st of November, which is a French holiday, several churches send their youth to a Bible Quiz Competition. It was exciting to see these young people answering questions and quoting Scripture from the five chapters they had memorized.
3. Recently Ray was able to burn the first DVD for the Distance Learning Program. Now he will be working on putting all the courses on DVD.
4. The Men’s and Ladies’ Saturday morning Bible Studies on the 3rd of November had 9 men and 11 ladies.
Please Pray with us FOR:
1. Ray as he is in the final stages of getting his teeth fixed up from the dental surgery he had in April. It has been a long and discouraging process.
2. Two couples that we are counseling. One couple is finally making some progress, but the other seems to in the starting blocks yet.
3. Carol as she has been having quite a lot of pain in her shoulders. She has a treatment twice a week, but as yet not too much relief from the pain which the doctors think us tendinitis.
4. The family of one of our Baptist Mid-Missions missionaries who when went home to be with the Lord this week.
